Like 1 but points of outer perianth-segments not more than -fa as long as the whole; perianth-segments with more numerous, longer retrorsely barbed hairs; filaments and the teeth between them about twice as long as the anthers. A common weed in the Açores; perhaps naturalized in S. Spain. [Az?Hs.] (IF. Indies, C. America.)
