Like 9 but with longer, more slender and rooting procumbent stems; rosette-leaves 0-5-3 cm; sepals 2-2-5 mm; fruiting pedicels 1-5- 4 cm; capsules 3-3-5 mm, usually remaining undeveloped and setting no seed. Mountains o f Scandinavia, Scotland and Austria. Au Br N o Su. Plants in cultivation often have some well-developed capsules with good seed.
