2. Dohrniphora decrescentis sp. n. ( Figs. 2A–F View FIGURE 2 )

Male. Frons brown, scattered with 30–40 setulae. First row of setae convex, lower interfrontal setae between each other 1.5 times as far as either is to a lower fronto-orbital seta. Second row of setae concave, all four setae are equidistant. Postpedicel brown, globose; arista long, with microtrichia. Palpus yellow, 2.5–3 times as long as width, with 6 setae apically and some setulae ventrally. Thorax brown; scutellum with 2 setae and 2 short setulae. Wing length 1.56–1.59 mm. Costal index 0.48–0.50, costal ratios 8.23–7.98: 2.69–2.57: 1, costal cilia length 0.036–0.04 mm. Vein brown and membrane light brown. Halter light brown. Legs brown. Fore tibia with 5–6 dorsal setae, of which the upmost is longest; fore tarsus slender. Dorsal setal palisade extends more than 1/2 (0.54) of mid tibia. Hind tibia with 12 posterodorsal cilia. Posterior face of hind femur with 4–5 peglike setae, arranged in a straight row, the setae gradually diminished; microtrichia area extends to the outside of the group of peglike setae; without scattered setulae on dorsal part and dorsal inner-edge setulae. Hind coxal lobe hemispherical, with short microtrichia. Abdominal tergites brown, except tergite VI yellow on anterior half; venter light brown. Terminalia dark brown. Cerci and proctiger light brown. Body length 1.90 mm.

Female. Unknown.

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin word decrescentis (decrescent), indicating the characters of peglike setae of hind femur.

Specimen examined. Holotype, ♂, Guangdong, Wuzhishan, Nanling National Nature Reserve, 31.VII.2011, Jian-Feng Wang . Paratype, 2♂, Guangdong, Wuzhishan, Nanling National Nature Reserve, 29.VII.2011, Jian-Feng Wang ; 1♂, Guangdong, Shaoguan, Nanling National Nature Reserve , 14.VII.2020, Zhi-Qiang Li .

Distribution. Guangdong.

Remarks. In the key to Chinese Dohrniphora Dahl ( Liu 2015) , the new species runs to couplet 26, lead 2, to D. prescherweberae Liu , it differs from the latter by thinner and descending ordered peglike setae of hind femur and hemispherical hind coxal lobe.
