Verde clara. Hojas flexibles, bifurcadas 3-4 veces; segmentos filiformes, a veces escasamente denticulados. Aquenio c. 4 mm, negruzco, muy finamente tuberculado, con o sin espina apical y sin espinas basales. 2 n = 24*, 40*, 72*.
Sumergida en aguas permanentes, estancadas o de curso lento, donde a veces convive con la anterior. IV-VII. Subcosmopolita. Distribución mal conocida; posiblemente toda la Península. Esp.: Ca H.
