Notes: The hostplant to this species is according to Laucort (1999) Spirea chamaedryfolia . Like many places in Norway, at Skoklefall S. chamaedryfolia is used as ornamental bush in gardens and along streets. S. chamaedryfolia is also naturalised many places. On both localities adults of P. angulata occurred in great numbers swarming around the foodplant, During June at Skoklefall, the bushes where full of its larvae.
