Distribution in India. Tamil Nadu (Nilgiri) ( Wu & Fang 2008 a, Solovyev & Witt 2009, Solovyev & Saldaitis 2021). Global records. Not known.
Taxonomic note. The species is newly transferred to Hindothosea on the basis of the wing pattern, simple male genitalia and the aedeagus bears an apical spur (Ahmad et al. 2025).
