Localities. A016B; A017; A018; A025.

Notes. The species was collected from moist, shady localities such as gorges, caves, and streams predominantly with oleander bushes ( Nerium oleander L.), being probably commoner near streams in gorges and canyons. This species is an Eastern Mediterranean species found in Cyprus, Greece, Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Italy, and Malta ( Sharaf 2006; Janicki et al. 2016; Guénard et al. 2017) (probably introduced in the latter two countries), while in Greece it is known from the Aegean Islands (Lesvos) ( Borowiec et al. 2024), the Dodecanese (Samos, Kos) and Crete ( Salata et al. 2021).
