Known distribution. Colombia (Antioquia), Panama ( Panamá Oeste: Barro Colorado; Colón: Achiote ), Mexico (San Luis Potosí, Oaxaca, Tabasco), Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua (Reserva Silvestre Privada el Jaguar, San Rafael del Norte, Jinoteca, Ecolodge La Sombra , Tuna-La Dalia , Matagalpa), El Salvador, and Costa Rica (Alajuela, Guanacaste, Heredia, Limón, Puntarenas) (Tavakilian & Chevillote 2025, Lanuza-Garay & Monné 2025).
Material examined. 1 specimen, PANAMA, Chiriquí (new province record), Boquete , 1250 m, 22-x-1977, H. Wolda leg. ( STRI _ENT_0029746) ; 1 specimen, PANAMA, Coclé (new province record), San Roque , 24-xii-1988, J. Tovar leg. ( MIUP) ; 2 specimens, PANAMA, Panamá (new province record), 06-i-76– 01-ii-1976, D. Castillo leg. ( MIUP) ; 1 specimen, PANAMA, Colón, Canal Zone, Pipeline Road , 09-xii-1979, J. Barria leg. ( MIUP) .
Remarks. The species was previously recorded from Panama by Chemsak & Linsley (1965), Chemsak et al. (1992), Monné (1993), Monné & Hovore (2006), Swift et al. (2010), and Lanuza et al. (2020). New province record added: Coclé, Chiriquí, and Panamá.
