Distribution. Laos ( Bucsek 2020; Volynkin et al. 2025).

Remarks. This species was previously reported from Laos (Khammouane Province) by Bucsek (2020) for male. Here, we report it from the Bolikhamsai province for the first time. The female adult and genitalia of the species is illustrated for the first time in this study.
Female description. Adult. The females are generally similar to the males (Figs. 3a, 3b). Length of the forewing 9 mm in female (6.5 mm in male). Head entirely pale yellow pinkish. Antennae filiform. Thorax pale yellow pinkish, with a dark dot in tegulae and thorax. Pale yellow pinkish ground color of forewing with basal, medial and post medial dark bands, a broad postmedial band connected with medial band; a distal half of forewing more pinkish than yellowish basal half. Hindwing pale yellowish. Abdomen pale yellow, heavily covered with yellow scale. Female genitalia (Fig. 43). Papilla analis weakly sclerotized, weakly setosed; apophyses thin and apophyses posteriores slightly longer than apophyses anteriores; ostium sclerotized with a pair of spur shaped processes; ductus bursae stout and strongly sclerotized, 1.5 times longer than corpus bursae; ductus bursae globose, membranous, covered with numerous short spinules, and strongly sclerotized band covered with long, robust spines near servix of bursae; proximal section of appendix bursae weakly sclerotized partly.
