Distribution. Widespread Holarctic species; transcontinental in Palaearctic region, occurs from the Arctic to the subtropics in North America. Canada, USA (almost everywhere, including Alaska), Mexico ( Tamaulipas, Morelos).
Biology. Recorded as parasitoid of spiders of the family Dictynidae : Dictyna foliacea (Hentz) ( = volupis Keyserling ) in Massachusetts, USA ( Howard 1888, 1892), Mallos pallidus (Banks) in California, USA ( Vincent 1979), and several Dictyna Sundevall and Nigma Lehtinen species in Europe ( Šedivý 1963; Korenko et al. 2022).
