– A shrubby species of E Asian origin. Nowadays, it is often used for decorative gardening almost throughout Ukraine, but 20– 30 years ago it was almost never grown in the N regions due to its low winter hardiness. New for the continental part of Ukraine as a casual alien, escaped from cultivation.
