Distribution Portugal. Mainland: No details provided ( Nogueira 1971, as Rhinocola speciosa ).
Host plants Portugal. Salicaceae : Populus nigra L. ( Nogueira 1971).
Comments. According to Nogueira (1971), C. speciosa was the commonest psyllid on forest trees in Portugal, before the discovery of the eucalypt psyllids.
