Material examined. Faro: 4♀, 2 immatures (immatures lost) Faro, 37°02'45.7"N 7°57'00.9"W, 27.iv.2021, Valeriana rubra (leg. B. Duarte) ( BDC, dry mounted) GoogleMaps .

Distribution Portugal. Mainland: Bragança (iNaturalist, Appendix 1); Faro (this study).

Host plants Portugal. Caprifoliaceae : Valeriana rubra L. (this study).

Parasitoids. A parasitised immature was found from which a Hymenoptera : Encyrtidae emerged (this study).

Comments. New for Portugal.
