Molecular characterisation
The species identification ability of DNA sequences was evaluated using the BLAST method. Public sequence data was unavailable for C. roborovskyi in BOLD, but it matched with the reference sequence in NCBI with a percentage identity of 98.25%. The DNA amplicon sequence has been deposited in GenBank under the accession number:
Sample COL01 C.roborovskyi : Accession no. – OR898855
Floral association. Epilobium latifolium ( Onagraceae ) (new record).
