Striped Skunk
Mephitis mephitis are distributed statewide in Louisiana. Since Lowery (1974), a new specimen record was reported from Rapides Parish. Additionally, new nonvouchered records were reported from Beauregard, Jackson, La Salle, Saint Tammany, and West Feliciana parishes.
