2.3.1. New combinations in Aeschynanthus
Trichosporum D.Don View in CoL is considered a synonym of Aeschynanthus Jack View in CoL ( Schlechter 1923, Burtt & Woods 1975). Although the majority of Philippine Trichosporum species were previously transferred to Aeschynanthus View in CoL , new combinations for seven species are still needed.
