Remarks
We examined the type specimens of Proamblia cunealis ( Poppius, 1909) and numerous specimens fitting the description of Proamblia elongata ( Poppius, 1909) . The genus belongs to the Rhinomirini complex, based on molecular and morphological data ( Figs 1–3). Also see the list of all apomorphies in the nodal description above.
