Hierbas rizomatosas, con tallos floríferos ± numerosos. Hojas 2 pinnatipartidas o (1)2 pinnatisectas, ± densamente pelosas, en ocasiones también glandulosas. Capítulos heterógamos radiados o disciformes, en número variable. Flores amarillas, las periféricas poco vistosas.
