Rostrum not overreaching tip of scaphocerite, ventral margin with one–four teeth, usually two or three. Mandibular palp absent. Branchiostegal spine placed approximately half the distance between antennal spine and branchiostegal suture. Projection of anterolateral margin of first segment of the antennular peduncle reaching, usually overreaching, dorsal distal margin of second segment. Appendix masculina slender, straight or slightly curved, up to 1.6 times length of appendix interna; row of setae extending from apex to middle of length of anterior face of appendix masculina.
