Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the type locality; adjective.
Diagnosis. Auriculaiana yongshunensis sp. n. resembles A. triangularis Irfan, Zhang & Peng, 2022 in having the dorsal plate centrally with a similar depression in ventral view ( Figs 9A–C View FIGURE 9 ; Irfan et al. 2022, figs 27A– C), but can be distinguished by the posterior margin of dorsal plate straight in A. yongshunensis sp. n. ( Figs 9B, C View FIGURE 9 ; vs. round in A. triangularis ).
Description. Female (holotype, Figs 10A, B View FIGURE 10 ): Total length: 1.62. Carapace 0.69 long, 0.49 wide, brown, with fovea, cervical and radial grooves distinct. Clypeus 0.16 high. Chelicerae with five promarginal and six retromarginal teeth. Sternum longer than wide, greenish brown, with microsetae. Eyes; AER straight, PER straight, slightly wider than AER. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.03, ALE 0.04, PME 0.03, PLE 0.04, AME–AME 0.02, PME–PME 0.04, AME–ALE, 0.01, PME–PLE 0.02, AME–PME 0.02, ALE–ALE 0.18, PLE–PLE 0.20, ALE–PLE contiguous. Length of legs: I 1.65 (0.52, 0.58, 0.31, 0.24), II 1.45 (0.49, 0.48, 0.25, 0.23), III 1.31 (0.42, 0.42, 0.24, 0.23), IV 1.62 (0.53, 0.54, 0.29, 0.26). Tibial spine formula: 2-2-1-1. TmI 0.19 and TmIV present. Opisthosoma 0.92 long, 0.67 wide, oval, blackish brown, dorsally with two pairs of sigillae, ventral side grey with light patches.
Epigyne ( Figs 9A–C View FIGURE 9 ): Epigynal plate sclerotized, wider than long; ventral plate (VP) concave; copulatory opening (CO) present at the base of septum; dorsal plate (DP) mid ventrally with depression; copulatory ducts (CD) forming large round loop anteriorly; spermathecae (S) globular, present on dorso-lateral side of dorsal plate, pointing away from each other, spaced by two-third of diameters. Fertilization ducts (FD) present dorso-laterally, extending mesally.
Male. Unknown.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality (Hunan Province, Fig. 315 View FIGURE 315 ).
