Comment: This species was declared a nomen dubium by Růžička (2018) and it is as such listed in the WSC (2024). According to the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (1999) a nomen dubium is a descriptive term meaning name of unknown or doubtful application. Since Bosmans (2006a) examined the type material of Porrhoma indecorum and published data on the type locality, figures of the vulva, the species is not doubtful but clearly valid and must be moved to the catalog.
