Distribution: Europe ( World Spider Catalog 2024).
Comment: According to Simon 1911, the species is introduced in Algiers from Europe. In our opinion, this is a false citation given that this species has never been collected in Algeria since. In the WSC (2024) the distribution of the species is limited to Europe.
