Food association: Tamarix sp. ( Tamaricaceae ).

Distribution in Iran: Golestan ( Warncke, 1981).

General distribution: Eastern ( Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan) and Western ( Iran, Georgia, Russia) Palaearctic ( Ascher & Pickering, 2021).
