Type status (description). Holotype and paratypes in Köhler’s collection, additional paratypes in Petrowsky’s and Andrae’s collections.
Type locality and collectors. Argentina —[Buenos Aires]: Tandil (E. Andrae) .
Type specimens. ZSM: Holotype ♂. Argentina, Prov. Buenos Aires, Tandil , 18.iii.1953, E. Andrae leg. Old label: Tandil, 18.3.53. Genitalia slide #898.
Figures. Köhler, 1967: fig. 106 paratype (♀).
Remarks. Although Köhler described both male and female, he only designated holotype and paratypes.
