Current status. Pareuxoa chubutensis [ Poole 1989]

Type status (description). Holotype, allotype, and paratypes in Köhler’s collection, additional paratypes in Gentili’s collection.

Type locality and collectors. [ Argentina]— Neuquén: Bajada Marucha, 2.xi (Gentili). Slide #1012 .

Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♂. Argentina, Neuquén, Bajada Marucho, 2.xi.59, M. Gentili. Genitalia slide #1012. TLEP314.

Remarks. According to antenna and male tip, it is higly likely that figure 202 ( Köhler 1967) corresponds to a female. Furthermore, this figure is not similar to the holotype found in the IFML.
