Type status (description). Holotype and allotype in Köhler’s collection.

Type locality and collectors. Perú — Arequipa: Tambo , 7.ii.1969 (F. Carrasco) .

Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♂. Arequipa, Tambo, 7.ii.69. Abdomen missing, no slide label. TLEP133. Remarks. Although Köhler described only the female, he designated both holotype and allotype.
