Current status. Blepharoa cuzcoensis [ León et al. 2006]

Type status (description). Holotype in Köhler’s collection.

Type locality and collectors. Perú — Cuzco, 15.vi.1965 (Carrasco). Slide #1278 .

Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♂. Cuzco, Cuzco, 15.vi.65. Genitalia slide #1278. TLEP156.

Remarks. Although Köhler did not specify the sex of the holotype, he described only the male.
