Type status (description). Type at MACN as Xylophasia .

Type locality and collectors. [ Argentina]— Córdoba: Córdoba ( Berg ); Los Cocos ( Blanchard ). La Rioja ( Giacomelli , Breyer ). Mendoza ( Borsani , Köhler ) .

Remarks. Köhler mentioned that it is an un-described species of Berg and that he designated “homocotypes” in Köhler’s, Breyer’s, Borsani’s collections, MACN, MLP, and IFML museums. As Köhler did not include a description or any reference to diagnostic characters it is considered unavailable (according to article 13.1 ICZN).
