Type status (description). Holotype in Köhler’s collection.

Type locality and collectors. Bolivia — Palmar : Río Chapare (Andrae) .

Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♀. Bolivien, Alto Palmar , Río Chapare. Abdomen missing. TLEP189.

Remarks. Although Köhler did not specify the sex of the holotype, he described only the male. According to Köhler (1979b), he described the species with a male, but he did not show or describe the male genitalia. At the IFML there is a female holotype with same locality as that cited by Köhler. Sex of the specimen in the description could probably be an error by the author.
