Type status (description). Holotype in Köhler’s collection.

Type locality and collectors. Perú — Cuzco, 15.vi.1965, en trampa de luz (Carrasco). Slide #1279 .

Remarks. Although Köhler did not specify the sex of the holotype, he described the male genitalia.
