Type status (description). Holotype, allotype, and paratypes in Köhler’s collection.
Type locality and collectors. [ Argentina]— Neuquén: Chapalcó, 1900m, San Martín de los Andes , 24.xi.1952 (Schachowskoy-Petrowsky). Slide #870, 941, 989 .
Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♂. Chapelka , 1800m., 24.ii.52 . Allotype ♂ (same sex as holotype, thus considered paratype and not cited in this work). ZSM: Holotype ♂. Chapelco, 1700m, Terr. Neuquen, 24.xi.1952, l. Schajovskoi .
Remarks. This species has two holotypes with similar collection data, differing only in the month of collection. In the description, Köhler states that the specimens were collected on “ 24.xi.1952 ”. Based on this information, the holotype would be the specimen in the ZSM. However, considering that Köhler frequently made errors when transcribing label information (as observed in numerous species within this catalog), it cannot be unequivocally ruled out that the holotype at IFML might be valid. A detailed examination of the specimens and the original description would be necessary to resolve this issue, a task beyond the scope of this work.
