Type locality and collectors. Perú — Cuzco, 1.iv.1962, 9.xi.1962 (Carrasco). Slide #1270 .

Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♂. Perú, Cuzco, 1.iv.62. Genitalia slide #1270. TLEP179 . Allotype ♂ (same sex as holotype, thus considered paratype and not cited in this work).
