Type status (description). Holotype, allotype, and paratypes in Zoologischen Staatssammlung in München .
Type locality and collectors. Holotype. Bolivia — Cuticucho , Río Songo, 3700 m., 1.ii.1954 (W. Forster) . Allotype. Same locality and collector data, 3.ii.1954.
Type specimens. ZSM: Holotype ♂. Bolivia, Songotal , Cuticucho, ca 3700m, I. ii.1954, leg. W. Forster. Genitalia slide ZS ♂ 18.
Figures. Köhler, 1968: pl. 1, fig. 5 holotype (♂), fig. 6 allotype (♀); pl. 4., fig. 3 holotype male genitalia
Remarks. Holotype specimen same as figure 5 of pl. 1 ( Köhler 1968), but with abdomen removed. It is likely that Köhler took the photo before removing the abdomen to make the genitalia slide.
