Perennial 5-10(-15) cm. Stems simple, erect. Leaves linearlanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, obtuse, somewhat fleshy, 1 - veined, the lower shortly petiolate, the upper sessile, shortly sheathing at base. Calyx-teeth obtuse, about as long as the tube. Corolla 20-35 mm, yellowish-white with blue stripes and with bluish spots in the throat; appendage in the sinus triangular, acute. Anthers free. Seeds covered with white, membranous lamellae. 2n = 24. • Stony places in the mountains; calcifuge. Carpathians, Alps of C. Austria; S.W. Bulgaria. Au Bu Cz Po Rm?Rs (W).
