Stems 1 -2 m. Leaves 2-10 x 0-3-1 cm, linear-lanceolate, glabrous. Cymes many-flowered; peduncles short, pubescent. Corolla white; lobes ovate-oblong; margins cibate. Corona-segments cuculiate, fleshy. Follicles 4-6 x 2-3 cm. In = 16. Naturalized in waste places. S. Europe. [Al Az BI Co Cr Ga Gr Hs It Ju Lu Sa Si.] (5. 4/hca.)
