Like 21 but stems pubescent to tomentose; leaves lanceolate, puberulent, the lowest rounded or rarely subcordate at base; cymes dense; calyx 6-7 mm; corolla 5-7 mm, pink or white, equalling or exceeding the calyx. C. & S.E. Spain. Hs.
