Glabrous or glandular-puberulent below, more or less densely glandular-pubescent in inflorescence; stems 10-90 cm, usually simple, leafless for 1 -8 cm below inflorescence. Leaves 8^40 x 0-5-4-5 mm, linear to oblong-lanceolate, flat, obtuse to subacute, alternate, often irregularly verticillate at base. Racemes with 2-15 flowers, dense or lax; pedicels 0-5-5 mm, shorter than bracts. Calyx 7-9 mm; lobes linear-oblanceolate, subobtuse. Corolla (18—)21—28 mm, yellow, variably tinged with purplish-brown; spur 11-13 mm, stout. Capsule 3 -5-8 mm, globose. Seeds 1 -7- 3 -2 mm;disc smooth or tuberculate,blackish; wing grey. 2/ 7=12. Usually on limestone rocks. • S. Spain; S. Portugal. Hs Lu.
