Distribution in Uzbekistan. Tien Shan. In the Andijan region, Asaka, Baliqchi, Boʻston, Buloqboshi, Izboskan districts ( Khusanov, 2017).

Host plants. Salix alba , S. kirilowiana , S. pentandra , S. triandra ( Salicaceae ) ( Kadyrbekov, 2017; Khusanov, 2017).
