Southern Spearnose Poacher. To 15.1 cm ( 5.9 in) SL ( Orange County Sanitation District, unpublished data, from Danny Tang , pers. comm. to M.L.); about 17 cm ( 6.7 in) TL. San Simeon Point , central California ( Miller and Lea 1972) to near southern tip of Baja California ( 22°54’N) ( Castro-Aguirre et al. 1993).
