Distribution. Korea (Jeju Island), Japan (Honshu, Shikoku) ( Nakatani & Yasunaga 2018).
Comments. The Korean specimen keys out to S. takaii by following the key of Nakatani & Yasunaga (2018) as of having antennal segment II dark in basal and apical 1/3, dark scutellum without any markings, mesepimeron without pale portion, and unique shape of the scutellum (see Table 5).
