General distribution. Oriental ( Bangladesh, India , Pakistan) and Palaearctic ( India , Nepal) ( Borowiec & Świętojańska, 2024; Sekerka & Świętojańska, 2024).

Remarks. Maulik (1913) included this species from West Bengal as C. obscura .
