Odontomutilla Ashmead, 1899 —There are some regional keys to species in this genus: China (Chen 1957), Pacific Islands (Mickel 1935), India (Terine & Girish Kumar 2024), and mainland Africa (Bischoff 1920).

SUBFAMILY MYRMILLINAE Bischoff, 1920 —Keys to genera are available for the Oriental (Lelej 2005) and Palaearctic (Lelej 2002, Turrisi et al. 2015) realms. For Africa, Bischoff (1920) is a starting point, but subsequent papers should be consulted (Nonveiller 1975, 1996a, 1996b).
