Culture of Biomphalaria glabrata View in CoL

B. glabrata snails were obtained from the Department of Helminthology, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol university, Bangkok, Tailand. Te snails were maintained and bred in 120 L aquarium filled with dechlorinated water, temperature of 25 ± 3 °C, under 12 h:12 h light:dark cycles and fed with fresh lettuce in the Department of Microbiology and Parasitology, Faculty of Medical Science, Naresuan University.
