Blepharella yaeyamana , 2019, p. 136. Holotype male ( BLKU, examined). Type locality: Japan, Ryukyus.
This species was described in detail by Shima and Tachi (2019) and no further information is added.
Diagnosis
A greyish pruinose medium-sized goniine; antenna black, postpedicel 3.5–3.8 times as long as pedicel; palpus brown or dark reddish brown; occiput mostly greyish white or dark greyish; scutum shining black in ground colour, at most with thin greyish pruinosity on postpronotal lobe; mid-tibia with 2 anterodorsal setae; male claws and pulvilli longer than 5th tarsomere; abdomen shining black in ground colour, with thin greyish pruinosity on anterior portion of 2nd and 3rd tergites; 3rd abdominal tergite with a pair of strong median marginal setae, male without distinct sexual hair patches on 4th abdominal venter.
Body length: 7.3–7.7 mm.
