Sabactiopus Zheng & Lin, 2002: 76 , type species by original designation: Lygus sauteri Poppius, 1912: 303 ; Zheng et al. 2004: 569 (diag.).

Diagnosis. See description and comments provided by Zheng & Lin (2002). Images of the habitus, host plant and structures for the closest congener known from Taiwan, S. sauteri (Poppius) , are shown in Figs. 7K, L , 18H–J , 34M–O and 35J–O .

Discussion. See discussion section under Himalisundacoris , new genus.
