Taxonomic history. Valid generic name.
Sex association. The male of the type species was associated and identified (as Timulla (Trogaspidia) fortuita nebulosa Mickel, 1935a: 263 ) by Mickel, 1937b: 448.
Distribution. Oriental, Palaearctic.
