Shrub. Leaves elongate- or obovate-elliptical, acute, c. 1 | times as long as wide, with 8-9 pairs of veins, coarsely serrate, the teeth straight and not pointing forward, not lobed, glabrous above, with a dense grey tomentum beneath.
