Sparsely pubescent perennial up to 100 cm. Leaves without a tendril; leaflets 6-14 pairs, 8-25 x 4-10 mm, oblong to elliptical, acute. Racemes 6-to 20-flowered. Calyx-teeth unequal, shorter than tube; corolla 15-25 mm, pale yellow. Legume 20-40x4-9 mm, pale yellow,

glabrous. Seeds c. 4. 2n= 12. From S.E. Czechoslovakia to S. Italy and S.E. Bulgaria; local. Bu Cz Hu It Ju Rm.
