Annual herbs. Leaves imparipinnate; stipules small, free. Flowers in axillary racemes. Calyx campanulate, with 5 subequal teeth; keel obtuse; stamens diadelphous, only 5 fertile. Legume oblong, indéhiscent, dorsiventrally compressed, each valve sinuate-dentate on the back. Seeds numerous.
