Hojas con lígula de 1,5-2,7 mm, y limbo de 4-55 × 0,5-1,3 mm. Racimo 0,6- 2,3 cm, con (3)5-12 espiguillas biseriadas en toda su longitud. Espiguillas (2,3)2,5-3,7(4) mm, muy aproximadas, que apenas dejan ver el raquis de la inflorescencia. Glumas (2,3)2,5-3,7(4) mm. Lema 1,5-2,2 mm. Anteras 1,2-2,3 mm. 2 n
